About Titan Lead Testing
We understand that the lead paint field can be confusing to many homeowners and contractors, and that is why we are here to help you through all the steps of your deleading or renovation project.
When you choose Titan Lead Testing, you can feel comfortable that our top priority is our customers’ needs.
Inspection services
From a first inspection before you buy, to dust clearances after a renovation.
A full, comprehensive inspection of every painted surface, inside and out, using an XRF analyzer.
Test the surfaces a renovation will disturb, so you only pay for lead-safe practices where they're needed.
After deleading, we check the work and take dust wipes so you can receive your Letter of Compliance.
Lead dust is the most dangerous hazard and the hardest to see. Results typically within 24 hours.
Post Compliance Assessment Determinations confirm your property is still in compliance.
Tell us about your property and project and we’ll recommend the right inspection.
The path to compliance
1
A licensed inspector tests every painted surface and identifies any lead hazards.
2
If hazards are found, a licensed deleader (or a trained owner, for some work) removes them.
3
We check the work and take dust wipes, which are analyzed by a laboratory.
4
Passing results earn a Letter of Compliance that protects you from strict liability.
Is there lead in your home?
Lead paint can be on almost any surface in an older home, most often on exterior siding, trim and windows. Inside, it’s common on trim work, closets, kitchens and bathrooms, and it isn’t limited to wood: metal and masonry surfaces, and even varnishes and stains, can contain lead.
Massachusetts' Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program works to identify and prevent lead poisoning in children.
Quality service, affordable rates and flexible scheduling across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
